Returns & Refunds

• Goods must be in good, resalable condition before credit issued unless faulty goods.
• Restocking charge of 15% applies to goods returned due to excess order or change of mind.
• Returns must be made within 28 days from date of purchase.
• Unfortunately Postmix cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• A copy of the original invoice/receipt must be provided by the customer otherwise credit cannot be issued.
• Refunds must be made by the same method of payment as original purchase, if card payment then must be refunded onto same card.
