Half Round Rails – Machined

Commonly used with either half round or full round stakes, these half round rails are an extremely popular rail for post and rail fencing.

Whilst 2 or 3 rails high is a standard selection, there is no right or wrong number to use.

As these rails are machined smooth, they are also used as hand rail along woodland trails or coastal walks.

To work out the quantity you require, simply divide the length of your fence run (in metres) by 3.6 (the length of a rail), then multiply this amount by the number of rails high you require.
