Arris rail mortice bracket

These brackets are great for repairing scarfed/shaped arris rails that have snapped off where the shaped section (tennon) goes into the post.

Remove the broken section of shaped arris rail from the mortice hole before then pushing the shaped end of the bracket into the mortice.

Now fasten the arris rail into the angular section of the bracket, stand back and admire your handiwork!
