We Are Open. Covid-19 Update.

Firstly, we wanted to reassure everyone that we are still very much open for business and will continue to trade and provide our fantastic service during this period of widespread uncertainty.

While guided by Government advice and following what they implement in the coming days and weeks, we are working closely with key stakeholders to keep our team and customers safe and protected as far as we are able to.

We will continue to keep customers and suppliers updated as events unfold, particularly if we are forced in any way to interrupt any part of our service for our customers.

In order to protect our staff & customers from potentially coming into contact with the Covid-19 virus, the following procedures are now in place:

Visiting our shop

	Customers visiting our shop are asked to clean their hands before entering with antibacterial wipes provided
	In order to control the possible risk of infection being passed to other customers or members of staff due to close proximity of each other, we will now be limiting the numbers in our shop to one customer at a time
	While we would normally welcome all customers with open arms, due to the current Coronavirus we would ask that if you have a new, continuous cough and/or a high temperature, please contact us via Phone, Email or Website rather than visiting our shop
	Hard surfaces are regularly wiped down for your peace of mind (such as door handles, trade counter surface & card machine number pad, etc.)
	While we are still accepting cash, card payment is preferred wherever possible
	Where possible, we would advise that any orders for collection are either placed online or over the phone to reduce your time on site (payment will be taken via card at the time of transaction)

Deliveries:

	There is currently no disruption to our current delivery service
	Drivers have been instructed to only carry out kerbside deliveries to limit contact and time on site in order to protect both our staff and customers
	Drivers will now sign delivery notes with your permission to prevent possibility of the virus spreading through surface contact

Order Online or Call our Team

Following the recent guidance given by the Government to limit social interaction, we would strongly advise placing your order either online or over the phone. With a growing number of our customers having the challenge of working from home, don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will be more than happy to assist with your enquiry and delivery if required.
